Yes!! We understand that your garment can be big or small, and more considering that it is an online store and that we are not perfect.
You can exchange your garment for another size, and if you do not like the garment you can choose another for a similar price.
Custom garments (those item that have a alteration in pattern) are not eligible for return or exchange..

◀We DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS: Because this store works to order and is a custom store, we do not issue refunds. But of course, we are not perfect! You can change your garment for another size that fits you better, or change it for another garment if you do not like the one you ordered.
We are truly sorry that we cannot make refunds. Another reason is to avoid the use of garments and that they are unchanged, thus for hygiene reasons. Your garment will never have been put on, and it has just come out of the workshop.
We only make refunds if the clothes are damaged.

The sweater is a little on the thin side and somewhat see through. Despite that, it is warm. It’s pretty difficult to pull down around the shoulders for that off the shoulder look. Other than that it’s great!

Super flattering on the "bust area" and very comfortable. I even prefer to wear the top part as a cowl neck than at my shoulders so it's a nice 2 in 1 depending on how you want to wear it. My boyfriend said it's one of his favorite clothing items I own :)

I ordered the sweater with a note on my measurements and luckily they increased the size. This is a tight stretchy fitting sweater, so it will cling unless you go up a size. Fabric is soft, and actually thicker/warmer than anticipated. My only slight issue is that the shop is using filters on their photos, drastically changing the color of the items with increased saturation. So while I thought I was getting a deep, rich purple with high saturation and jewel tone, what I got is a much more muted color that is earthy toned and has a lot of gray and brown undertones. I do still like it, but it isn’t the color I thought I was getting. As I spent a long time deciding between colors. I would recommend the shop to take some swatch photos in natural lighting and show them side by side, and a close up the fibers.
